The Advantages of Self-Leveling Concrete

Self-leveling concrete resurfacing is the answer if your concrete floors need to be repaired. This approach is appropriate if your concrete is fractured, uneven, has different heights, or is sunken. You can level uneven spots while also making your concrete floor appear brand new.

Concrete that is polymer-modified and self-leveling can be installed without using a lot of water. High compressive strengths and smooth, flat surfaces are produced with it. Concrete, ceramic tile, VCT, wood, plywood, and other non-flexible surfaces can all be put on top of it.

It is poured in liquid form and is deposited in one pass at a thickness of 1/4 to 1.5 inches. It is spread into place using a gauge. These features include flatness, smoothness, and compressive strength that is greater than that of conventional concrete floors. You can add decorative overlays, concrete stains, or concrete dyes after applying it.

One of the most recent developments for architects and owners of commercial real estate is self-leveling overlays. It can be installed before or after construction and takes little time to do so. Additionally, it can cover tile or plywood flooring. It is also hypoallergenic and flood proof.
